Pumpkin Dump Cake

 

1 29-oz. can pumpkin pie filling

4 eggs

1 12-oz. can evaporated milk

1-1/2 cups sugar

2 tsp. cinamon

1 tsp. dry ginger

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1 18.5- oz.  package yellow cake mix

1 cup butter

1 cup nuts

 

Method

 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Beat together pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar, ginger, and nutmeg.

3. Pour into an ungreased 9/13 inch pan.

4. In separate bowl, mix cake mix and nuts.

5. Sprinkle over pumpkin mix. 

6. Pour melted butter on top.

7. Bake for 1 hour.
