Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. basil leaves
1 medium onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 cans diced tomatoes undrained
1/2 cup whipping cream or half and half
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions
1. Saute garlic and onions for about 5 to 7 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and 
stir. Simmer  for 30 minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place the soup in a blender to 
remove all lumps.
