yes, I make them all the time
and then I add a little vanilla extract
and I use brown sugar instead of the reg. sugar
awsome..the key is to let them cool first, before removing, or else they will crumble
sugar

I know what you mean except there are recipes such as 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies that call for only 1 cup sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, and 1 egg. I didn't believe it but it worked and very well last time I made it before this past Christmas.

Hi there,
I suspect there is something wrong with this recipe...there should be some
flour to create this "cookie"?

The Skippy Truffle Cookies

1 c. Skippy creamy peanut butter
1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 large egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl, with a wooden spoon, combine all ingredients except
chocolate chips until blended. Stir in chocolate chips just until combined. On ungreased baking sheets, using slightly rounded teaspoonfuls, drop dough
2 inches apart. (Do not flatten.)

Bake 9 minutes or until cookies are puffed and golden. (Cookies will be very
soft.) Place baking sheets on a wire rack and let stand for 5 minutes.
Remove cookies from sheets and cool completely. Enjoy.
