Amen! I totally agree! This pre-made "food" is in many cases the reason for a lot of health problems.

Be happy that you aren't living in a country where industrialized food
is so ubiquitous! Slow food, made-from scratch food, food our
grandmothers would recognize, these are infinitely preferable to
antibiotic-loaded, corn-fed, unhappily raised meats, pesticide laden
fruits and vegetables, High fructose filled processed baked goods and
mixes, and created-in-the-lab so-called "foods" that dominate
pantries and refrigerators of too many unfortunately mis-led people in
the USA!

yeah some of the challenge for me iss since i'm out of your country, i
can't think in pre-made things, but think from scrach :)
which probably is better, just not always easy to find ;)

Whipped cream is the most appropriate and delicious substitute for
either coolwhip or dreamwhip. Even whipped cream from a spray can is
likely to taste better and contain more real ingredients than Cool
Whip, which is an edible plastic! To whip cream, chill mixing bowl
and beater(s). Pour in cream. Whip on low speed for 30 seconds,
gradually raise speed of mixer to high and continue whipping until
thick and delicious. During last 30 seconds of whipping, if desired,
add 2-3 TBSP confectioners' sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla with
beater/whisk on low speed again. Use in recipe, or store for several
hours in refrigerator until ready to use.

Hi,
My first thought would be Dream Whip made according to its package
directions. If you need me to post those directions, let me know and
I'll
be

glad to find them for you.
