Marilyns muffin recipe just jogged my memory about a question Ive been meaning to ask: how to get an appropriate measure for filling muffin cups. Some recipes say to fill ½ full and others 2/3 full, and I know so much depends on the size of the muffin cups. Ive been shying away from making muffins because I havent been clear on how to figure this. Can someone help? Thanks.
