How do you fill the mini muffin cups to get them halfway full, by tbsp? Right now, I have a standard pan and a jumbo, but I'd like to try the minis as well.

Of course you want them overflowing so you get those crispy muffin tops. I bought a mini-muffin cooking sheet. For those recipes I do fill them half full. The muffin tops make them hard to get out of the pan. You also have to reduce the cooking time. Some recipes say to fill ½ full and others 2/3 full, and I know so much depends on the size of the muffin cups. Ive been shying away from making muffins because I havent been clear on how to figure this. Can someone help? Thanks.
