As others have said, I use an ice cream scoop to fill regular greased muffin cups. I use the kind with a gadget that puts the ice cream, or in this case the batter, off the scoop. I put a little Pam on my fingers and go over the scoop with my fingers before I start, and the batter just slides off into the muffin cups. I use a silicone muffin pan, which makes things even easier.
