It's not a big deal. Filling them more or less will only make bigger or smaller 
muffins, it won't affect the bake time much at all. I usually use a measuring 
cup I know will give me the size I want; I find a 1/3 cup does well for the 
tins we have here, and I level it with a knife before pouring. The first time 
you make them, try a measuring cup and see how big they turn out; move up a 
size if you want a bigger muffin. Hope this helps.
