Hello fellow cooks,
Well it's not every day I go out on a limb and try a totally new recipe, but
tonight for dinner, I did it. I cooked a recipe I'd gotten on this list for
oven baked crispy fish filets. Since the filets were sort of big and because
my husband and I were the only ones eating, I only cooked two filets and split
the recipe in half. Well, the recipe was not a big hit with me or my husband,
and now I have a whole 2 pound bag of frozen tilapia filets to do something
with. If any of you have any ideas for preparing tilapia filets, please send
them my way? I am not an expert cook and I am not comfortable enough with my
cooking skills to try frying yet, but any other methods for preparing tilapia I
would really appreciate. Thanks in advance.
