Desserts
Fudge Pie
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
Melt chocolate and butter. Combine eggs, sugar and flour. Stir into
chocolate. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Main Dishes
Yankee Pot Roast
1 (4 to 5 pound) beef pot roast
2 (10.5 ounce) cans French onion soup
6 potatoes, peeled, quartered
Brown meat on all sides in a greased iron skillet or Dutch oven. Add soup.
Cover and cook on low heat on top of stove for 3 to 4 hours, or until roast
is  fork tender. Add potatoes after meat has cooked for 2 hours and
continue cooking  until done.

Snacks Around The Clock
Chili Soup
1 can (11 1/2 ounces) condensed bean with bacon soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) chili without beans
1 soup can water
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Heat all ingredients to boiling, stirring occasionally. If you wish,
garnish soup with corn chips.
Makes 5 (1 cup) servings.
