Wow. You poor deprived soul! Not eating ribs would be pure torture for me.

CHILLY
For some4 of us stickiness on the skin is unpleasant, or even creepy. This
prevents me from eating glazed donuts, and when I helped my dad work on
his
sports car as a kid I couldn't get the grease off my skin fast enough when
we finished working.
Ribs violate two of my basic food rules -- I don't eat anything that messy
and I don't eat food with that much infrastructure in it.

Speaking of ribs, it's a personal thing, but I find this odd. People
eat barbecued ribs and get sauce all over their fingers. Then, they
wipe their fingers with a napkin or something, and then they eat more
ribs and go through the process all over again. Isn't that a waste?
Why not eat the meal and then wipe the fingers once instead of several
times during the meal?
