Howdy,
I use ground turkey for all my ground meat recipes...
meat loaf, tacos, burgers, appetizers, and with seasoning, you can't really tell the difference. But I bet you will see a difference in the amount of grease left after the meat cooks. Try adding a package of ranch dip mix to your next batch of burgers...french onion dip mix is good too and of course you can't beat Lipton's onion soup mix added to your burgers...
try it with turkey and see if you can taste a difference...

I make my meatloaf with half turkey and half ground beef and find that it tastes the same as when I was using just ground beef. Of course, if one really prefers the taste of ground turkey, that's fine. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Charles Rivard via Cookinginthedark" <cookinginthedark@acbradio.org>

That's what you do. Use ground turkey instead of ground beef.

Hello,
Has anyone ever made turkey meatloaf? I know people have made turkey chili, what I was wondering about, is would you make the regular recipe but, instead of using beef use turkey? Thank you very much Bill Deatherage
