Fettuchini Alfredo 
6 servings

1 pkg tetra pkg, on the shelf tofu silken 
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 tsp lemon juice or white wine 
2 tbsp onion powder
1 garlic clove crushed 
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
pinch of nutmeg
3 tbsp corn starch dissolved in 3 tbsp water 
Blend milk, tofu, in blender until creamy. 
Melt margarine in saucepan  ad all ingredients except corn starch and water. 
Heat over medium high stirring often. Whisk in corn starch mixture until 
thickened. Add basil, parsley or whatever spices you like. Pour over pasta. You 
can add other veggies as well.
This is good with nutritional yeast which acts like a parmesan cheese.
