Hi,I was wondering how you guys grill stuff. Do you use gas grills, charcoal grills, or electric grills? I would imagine charcoal grills to be tricky, mainly because i have no idea how to build a fire, and I'm not even sure if you can check how much the meat is cooked and such over an open flame.
