They used to make this when I was at camp. I liked it. I don't remember them
using creamed corn. But they could have.

CHINESE PIE (CASSEROLE)

1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. can kernel corn
8 oz. can cream corn
Mashed potatoes (fresh or instant)

Brown beef in pan, then drain grease.
Put beef as a bottom layer in a casserole dish.
Drain water from kernel corn, place this as the second layer on top of beef.

Spread cream corn as third layer on top of kernel corn.
Make mashed potatoes as normal (either fresh or instant) and cover the cream
corn as the top layer.
Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.

Fear is just excitement in need of an attitude adjustment!
