Creamy potato salad Ingredients:
6 med Boiled potatoes, drain-peeled 1 med Onion, chopped, (optional) 1/3 cup Sweet pickle, chopped 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 tsp Sugar 2 tsp Vinegar (Sub. Pickle Juice if you wish) 2 tsp Yellow mustard Salt, to taste 3 Hard boiled eggs, chopped Procedures: 1 Boil the potatoes, and then Combine potatoes, onion and sweet pickle. 2 Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt to taste. 3 Pour over potatoes and mix well. 4 Add chopped eggs and mix All these things my hand has made, and so all these things came to be, declares the LORD.
