ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH LIME AND GARLIC

1 pound Brussels sprouts, cleaned and quartered

2 Tbsp garlic, minced

1 Tbsp grapeseed oil

salt and pepper to taste

juice of one small lime

Parmesan cheese

 

Toss the Brussels sprouts and garlic with the grapeseed oil.

Place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Squirt the lime all over the sprouts.

Roast at 425F for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Toss and put into a serving bowl.
