Okay, now y'all are making me a bit jealous -- I have to cut corn off the cob to eat it, thanks to an accident when I was a teenager. I'm glad this worked so well for y'all, and I miss eating corn like that. Still, I may have to cook it that way and saw it off because it sounds so easy and fresh corn is the best corn.
