Happy international pancake day! My grandsons wanted chocolate chip pancakes. I found this recipe and cooked it for them and it turned out great. I dropped it onto a hot skillet by 1/4 cup. You can use a third cup for bigger pancakes. A half a cup for a huge pancake. I got nine pancakes out of this batter.
