I have scaled way back on purchasing kitchen stuff. However, convection oven shopping is going to be fun. I may or may not actually get one. I use to visit friends who owned a cookie bakery. They used convection. Also, we would get something for dinner. If it was warming up sandwiches, the bread came out perfect, much better than microwaveing.

I wanted that oven too but had to return it when I discovered how inaccessible it truly was. I was disappointed. I am going to look around and see what I find. I thought I wanted an Emeril Legasse oven, but, don't know that I need all that.
