Yes, wi-fi tends not to be reliable. I have noticed That, too. I won't be buying any appliances from Amazon any time soon. I would rather go to the store and look at it in Person to see how accessible or user friendly it is. When you can't see pictures, I tend not to buy Appliances online, unltess it is from a site I trust and know well, Blind Mice Mart being one I can rely on.
