As you suggest, I think this neatly solves the "conundrum" here as we have two great people who are putting their hands up to volunteer. If the WG agrees I would suggest that maybe both of them could be onboarded together for handover and then by the end of the meeting in Sofia the WG would have the expected three co-chairs again?
