Dear All, After I updated my Debian system from squeeze to wheezy, coot becomes very slow in displaying the images fluently. This is worse when using the space bar to chase the chain residue by residue. My bet is that this might have something to do with the new version of gnome or kernel, since I have similar problems under Ubuntu 12.04.
