[COOT] simple screenshot option from Draw menu doesn't work

Hi,
Ronan noticed that the "simple screenshot" doesn't work in coot 0.7.1.
This is probably the reason:
svn diff -c4631 configure.in
(AM_PATH_LIBPNG moved to Windows-only block)
