Hi all, Just to clarify one point - this site is intended to be a complementary resource to the official wiki.
I don't feel comfortable editing the official Coot wiki, as it is mostly written by people with much more expertise than myself and I don't want to mess it up or bloat it with lots of little bits of code. This page I just want to be a place where we can quickly cross-post scripts, key-bindings and various useful code-snippets from the bb or elsewhere, in an easily readable and easily searchable format. Any of these that people find of particularly general use can then be written up and posted on the official wiki. The nice thing about a tiddlywiki is that every tiddler (I wish they had a better name for these things, but there you go...) is a single, independent, bite-sized chunk - You don't have to think about context or layout, just add a new script as a new tiddler (using the ScriptTemplate tiddler as a guide), save it, and you're good to go. Also, it is a single, self-contained HTML file, so you can easily save a copy for offline use. Anyway, I hope it is useful. Best, Oliver.
