basic laptop.
Do you notice a speed difference with and without atom labels? If so, try
(set-use-stroke-characters 1)
I thought there was also a hidden option for the coordinate refinement.
Well, you shouldn't be doing button click, atom click atom click when you want to refine the residue at the
centre of the screen.
