Let me clarify, I have modelled 10 A-form RNA chains, chain A, B, ........... Now I want to merge all chains into one chain , for example into chain A which I can do. But I don't know how to renumber residues from 1 to 207 (total 207-nts) under chain A which are at the moment assigned under multiple chains.

I can't find the options to merge 1-50 from A, 51-90 from B and so on....

Merge molecules, Renumber residues, then Change chain-ids. If the fragments overlap partially, then you  can use merge_fragments() which is much easier.
