To whom it may concern, I recently updated to the latest version of CCP4, and I am having some trouble with Coot. Whenever I try to delete an atom, water molecules, or any other type of molecule, the program crashes and I receive the following message: "debug:: g.safe_scheme_command() with command post-manipulation-hook".
