Ah yes, I should have mentioned that. Then with: coot.set_rotamer_search_mode(ROTAMERSEARCHLOWRES) I got the error NameError: name 'ROTAMERSEARCHLOWRES' is not defined but I tried again with coot.set_rotamer_search_mode(coot.ROTAMERSEARCHLOWRES) and that worked. Thanks! Is there an equivalent to the ~/.coot startup file where I can add this to make it a default setting? Yes. Coot now follows the XDG Base Directory Specification, so ~/.config/Coot/startup.py Paul. ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the COOT list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/WA-JISC.exe?SUBED1=COOT&A=1 This message was issued to members of www.jiscmail.ac.uk/COOT, a mailing list hosted by www.jiscmail.ac.uk, terms & conditions are available at https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/policyandsecurity/
