Hello, I recently got the latest version of Coot running via command line on my Mac and I'm encountering some issues. When I press space bar to advance to the next residue, the program crashes. I was also not able to mutate a nucleic acid to a cytosine--other bases worked. I also was unable to successfully renumber the residues in a chain. I'm not sure if these issues are a result of me messing up the install. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
