Good question.  I prefer FsXxx, but we've not been consistent in Hadoop, nor is 
Java.  I think java.net.URL was a mistake, that it should have been named 
java.net.Url, that acronyms in class names should be capitalized, not all caps. 
 This makes them easier to parse.
