Talked to Hairong and Owen about this. We should do the following:
- Suppose the font license is good. The build process should not require a
fixed location (/usr/local/share/fopfonts/). We should put this directory
under the trunk, probably trunk/src/doc/fonts/fopfonts.
- The Chinese doc should be built by "ant docs".
