Uploading it to the Apache site is not a problem. Yes, we can include it in
http://hadoop.apache.org/core/docs/r0.17.2/. I'm sorry that this has gone
through so many iterations, but clearly this has been a learning experience,
since no other translations have been done yet. I think it is very exciting
that the Hadoop documentation was translated into Chinese, and I'm looking
forward to getting it published.
