I like to avoid grouping of log file with CHUKWA_DATA. The user should be able
to configure where the log file to be stored independent from CHUKWA_DATA. We
should not enforce var/log (unix directory structure format) to CHUKWA_DATA
neither. I suggest to rename CHUKWA_PID_DIR to CHUKWA_DATA_DIR, if we want to
store cache data.
