Class-File API `ClassPrinter` prints many useful info about bootstrap methods and invoke dynamic instructions, however bootstrap methods arguments are missing. This patch fixes bootstrap methods and invoke dynamic instructions printing. `ClassPrinterTest` is extended to print bootstrap method and invoke dynamic instruction.
