I meant no need to have a utility method. Just do this:
Suggestion:
public static void validateArrayDepth(int rank) {
if (rank <= 0) {
throw new IllegalArgumentException("rank " + rank + " is not a
positive value");
}
validateMaxArrayDepth(rank, true);
}
Same change in `ArrayClassDescImpl::arrayType(int)`
