Performance looks really good on all platforms except Linux AArch64, where 
there are significant regressions for:
 * StableFunctionBenchmark.map
 * StableFunctionBenchmark.staticIntFunction
 * StableFunctionBenchmark.staticSMap
 * StableIntFunctionBenchmark.intFunction
 * StableIntFunctionBenchmark.staticIntFunction
 
These need to be addressed before integration.
