Do I have to fix 
[runtime/valhalla/inlinetypes/HashOverflowTest](https://github.com/tats-u/jdk/actions/runs/31807002745#user-content-runtime_valhalla_inlinetypes_hashoverflowtest)
 ASAP? Is it flaky? It does not seem to be related to the change in this PR.
