In addition to the random sampling of the commit logs, here is the complete repo converted while the commit message re-write: https://github.com/orsenthil/cpython-migration-test3 Both commit log samples and the repo conversion looks good to me And I am in favor of going ahead with this approach. +1 as it was previously too. Since seeing the commit log conversion yesterday, I suspect more people would be +1 one.
