   - Must have atleast 10-12  yrs of experience.****
   - Must have sound understanding/experience of SOA, principles of SOA 3.
   Must have sound understanding/experience of asynchronous messaging and
   asynchronous integrations.****
   - Must have sound understanding/experience of ESBs, and specifically
   WESB 5. Must have sound understanding/experience of web service standards.

   - Must have sound understanding/experience of XML, XSD, XPATH, XSL, XSLT
   7. Must have sound understanding/experience of building high performance
   java/j2ee applications.****
   - Must have sound understand/experience of web technologies - atleast
   HTML, JavaScript, jquery, CSS 9. Must have sound experience of designing
   and architecting java/j2ee applications and integrations.****
   - Must have sound understanding/experience of debugging and resolving
