Conduct code reviews for the developed code for identifying noncompliance to best practices and conventions.* ü *Accountable for quality & completeness of client delivery on Financials projects.* ü *Ensure that the expectation has been set clearly regarding Hyperion tool’s capabilities and limitations to business users.* ü *Liaise with transactional source teams to get information related to various attributes and entities to be exposed in the data warehouse.* ü *Provide regular status update to all the stake holders regarding the status of the project highlighting any dependencies and risks in timely manner.* ü *Around 8-10 years of work experience in IT project development with main focus on Hyperion Planning, HFM and Essbase* ü *Excellent Financial Planning / Consolidation domain expertise with hands on experience on Hyperion Planning / HFM* ü *Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations of Hyperion planning / HFM / Essbase and around 5-7 years of working knowledge in Hyperion Products * ü *Sound knowledge of Essbase principals (ASO and BSO)* ü *Expertise in data migration and integration aspects pertaining to Financials implementation.* ü *Proven track record in IT Consulting / Hyperion architecture / solution delivery.* ü *Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies.* ü *Exposure to the Service Industry domain an asset.* ü *Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
