MDOT is assessing its data inventory and is planning to create a data mapping and data process documentation to properly manage the flow of data across various information systems within its TBUs. The demand for data integration has increased exponentially over the last year because of multiple development platforms utilized by these TBUs. As such, incorporating data flow documentation from disparate source systems across these TBUs are necessary. The data mapping and data process documentation will also be utilized to support existing data projects. MDOT is seeking a resource who has the experience in Data Analysis and Data Mapping Documentation specifically data mapping, data analysis, and data migration (moving data from one system to another). In addition, the resource should be able to translate rules and define any data manipulation which will occur as information move from one source to another.
