*Long term* JD & Skillset: • More than 12 years of experience in QA / SDET automation for full life cycle software development projects with a budget of USD 5 – 7 million with tight time schedule for delivery • At least 5 years of experience in managing QA / SDET teams of size of 15 members or more at onsite (USA) for full life cycle software development projects with high pressure environment • Excellent hands-on experience with *QA automation* using tools like *UFT (for UI automation)* and any kind of latest API automation experience. • Set QA automation strategy for a program that does not have great documentation around application functionality • Effectively partner with QA Automation TCOE architects to setup the automation strategy and automation plan (timeline) for the project • Review QA deliverables and QA team activities. Make course corrections and process changes where needed to maintain / increase the team velocity • Devise QA reporting mechanism for a project that is being executed in hybrid model (agile + waterfall) for Test Execution and Defects • Team player – take the whole QA team along in one direction.
