You can say handsome to describe a woman's features.
Here is the usage of the word (as far as I'm concerned):
Handsome (of a man) : pleased to look at
He was described as 'tall, dark and handsome'.
Handsome (of a woman) : pleasant to look at, with strong features rather than small delicate ones (usually with a somewhat masculine look).
