I have Cosign working on IIS7 just fine. However, in IIS6 we combined Cosign's authentication features with Microsoft's URL Authorization and the AzMan utility and that allowed us to validate Cosign ids against User Manager Groups that we already have defined in LDAP. This freed us up from implementing authorization at our application level and worked pretty well.
URL Authorization is now integrated into IIS7, and I can find information concerning that setup. However, I'm still relatively new to IIS7 and I can't find a good how-to document that tells you how to tie IIS7 URL Authorization to LDAP. According to some posts, other people have been able to get this to work but I haven't been able to glean enough information from those posts to figure it out as there's generally not much detail. Can someone tell me how to tie the userid I get from Cosign with IIS7's URL Authorization and validate it against LDAP? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
