Hi,

I have a transient problem where some cosign protected pages running on IIS7
generate a 503 "Service Unavailable" error when directed to them from a
successful login.

In other words, if a user is already authenticated and they try to visit my
protected page, they get through to it fine. If, on the other hand, they were
not already logged in, they are directed to the weblogin, log in successfully,
then get redirected to a "Service Unavailable" page. If they then refresh the
page, the error goes away, and the proper page is served up fine.

It is as if the extra step of logging in through weblogin is somehow putting
extra stress on the server, to the point of triggering the 503 error.

BTW, this IIS7 server is new, and I would not be surprised if IIS needs to be
tweaked to be a little more resilient before throwing errors.
