For the last few days we have been experiencing some issues with Cosign
connecting to our central servers. IE9 seems to have made the problem worse,
basically the user is giving a message back of service unavailable, however 90%
of the time if they refresh they are then logged in.
After a couple of days of debugging and wrangling, it appears that recompiling
the source code for the module using the latest RC fixed those problems. We
have yet been unable to recreate the problem with our server, where before it
was very easy to do.
It seems like there might be a couple of other people having the problem, my
problem was directly related to the IIS 7 module.
