Alas, it seems like our initial tests are inconclusive.  Today it seems
the problem is back just as it was before the recompile.  I actually had
been using the 3.1.0RC2 version of the IIS module, and just recompiled
that.  So right now it seems like the problem is still there.

Thanks for the notice. Were you running the most recent RC to begin with,
and recompiling fixed it? Or were you running an older version and
compiled and installed the most recent RC?
