Given that my ancestors were involved in this whole thing, I'm wondering about the 3-column list of money donated. How do I read this chart? The columns don't read like a donation to a reward. They look more related to land ownership.
Plus, I'll go back to my notes. I assumed one of my ancestors killed the guy. Someone in the Lendrum family had married one of ours.
