Hi Pete: The gross weight for the 415-C model is 1260 pounds. I would expect the empty weight of the airplane you described to be around 840 to 870, if it has not been painted, and 875 to 930 pounds if it has been painted. The spread may seem like a lot, but it depends on how much upholstery, insulation, paint, wiring, and radios have been added. You must remember, that when the 415-C was initially built and certified in 1941, it did not have an electrical system, nor any paint. The interior was very Spartan. Current, state of the art radios are quite a lot lighter than the older versions, which I suspect the Coupe you are asking about has. Additional items such as wheel pants and speakers add additional weight. The extended baggage compartment adds about 8 pounds, without any upholstery. Thoroughly confused?
